I'm looking forward to heading to the great state of Minnesota tomorrow to talk about the Supreme Court Wednesday and (fingers crossed) visit the Mall of America, which was the subject of a fun bankruptcy case I got to argue at the Supreme Court a couple of years ago. (I'm sure it doesn't need to be said, but the Mall of America wasn't the debtor, and it was the winner!)
