After 20 incredible years with HFG, we’re celebrating the retirement of Mark Crane! ?? We recently gathered to honor his two decades of dedication, leadership, and the lasting impact he’s had on our firm and the people in it. His work has helped shape who we are today, and we are deeply grateful for the legacy he leaves behind. We’re proud to announce the promotion of Donnie Gillespie to Director of Design at HFG! With 25 years of experience and 4 years at HFG, Donnie has continually brought insight, creativity, and intention to every project. In this new role, he will focus on elevating design across the firm, strengthening processes, and fostering a culture of learning and inspiration. Today marks 35 years since the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) was signed into law, a milestone in civil rights that transformed how America builds and does business. Signed on July 26, 1990, by President George H.W. Bush, the ADA ensures equal opportunities for people with disabilities in public accommodations, employment, transportation, and more. The ADA's passage was made possible by grassroots activists and leaders like Kansas' own Bob Dole, whose tireless advocacy helped shape this landmark legislation.
